I booked double room, it was bright and complete with hair dryer, soaps plus refrigerator. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel had a great location a short walk to a cultural history museum...

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to stay here again. the hotel was clean, and the staff was very kind and courteous. - the service provided was incredible. - the rooms were fairly quiet and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. - the location was marvelous for exploring the quiet area, just a short walk to the center of Vasteras, shops, restaurants, bus station.

Incredible experience for me.. I never seen it before.. The staff at the reception was really cheeky.. Never stay again and never offer to anyone!!!

The breakfast buffet had a big choice and was very nicely made. The room is spacious, the bathroom clean; everything is very well kept and quiet. Nevertheless, it was only a few steps to the city centre.

In the underground car park, it always took a while before the lights went on automatically.

My room was spacious and huge and reasonably priced. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were available. - It was in a very central location, close to Arlanda airport.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Västerås. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city, just off the main square. Everything is within walking distance, from the bus and railway station to the beautiful lake. I was impressed by the attention to detail, as the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with brown furniture giving a cozy feel. The staff were friendly and provided great service, always willing to help. The basic amenities in the room, including a refrigerator and microwave, were a convenient bonus. The breakfast offered was also very good, with a decent variety to choose from.
